Many mental illnesses go unnoticed because unlike the body, it has no definite physcical symptoms.

If we find that you are suffering from one, we can refer you out for a better care.

If you are wondering if you should go to a psychiatrist, we can explore the options.

We also provide support for those who are currently getting psychiatric help.

Family problems; Relationships within the family; How to raise children

Family therapy is conducted alongside indivudual therapy.

This helps the target client(s) and also helps the family to understand and support in the right direction.

A problem in the family only becomes manifest in the weakest spot, but it is in fact holistic and relational.

Children and adolescent are the easiest to wrong the right because they are young and capable of change.

If you are unhappy in your current job, or looking for a job, we can explore the following:

What is it that you don't like about the present situation?

Do you feel that your potential is utilized? If not, why?

What is the people-related atmosphere? What is the dynamics?

What is the job you would ideally choose? What are the impediments?

Adaptation to the environment, relocation, new situations

Are you currently in a transition or in a new environment? Are you currently in a transition or in a new environment?

Relocation is not easy. It is even more difficult for the family.

One needs help of all sorts: to get around, to get to know people but also to deal with the change within you.

It is not easy to understand a foreign culture, culture within a culture; how people think and operate.

Time is not all that it takes or that you need or can afford.

      Stress, motivation and mood issues

Some stress coming from unavoidable situation can not be taken away.

It has to be managed within.

People use alcohol, cigarette, drugs, medication to deal with stress. But you know that is not good.

So you would not think that stress level could go down by talking in counseling?

At least it is not harmful. Infact quite beneficial, as you will find out.

Some stress are actually good for you, as there are good and bad cholesterols in the body.

The idea is to find out ways to manage the good and the bad.

Marital problems; Relationships; Ending a relationship; Divorce

Marriage is not a goal but a beginning of a long relationship, different from the relationship till that point.

It is natural that there are many bends and turns, sometimes crisis and at worst a break up.

We provide marital therapy in working out the difficulties.

Either party comes separately or together in all the combination agreed upon.

The counselor does not take sides unless so requested or deems necessary.

In the presence of an disinterested third party, unlike that of a relative or a friend, problems are more easily solved.

Mediation can be provided upon request.

To discover and develop potentials; search for personal fulfilment, happiness, self-actualization

The goal of counseling is to do just that.

What has stopped you in the past or are preventing you from pursuing your goals?

What are your goals? What is it that you really want to be doing?

If you can take away the impediments and become a more confident and motivated person, you might just get there.

By taking away the impediment means, knowing yourself better and changing the unproductive behavior.

If relationship is important for you, why not work on a satisfying relationship?

What is happiness for you? Is it subjective or objective?

Counseling helps you to be both objective and subjective about yourself.
